Fire Systems

WTL Engineered Solutions provides a full range of fire protection solutions inclusive of fire water pumps, fire water systems, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems and fire extinguishers.

We offer our clients NFPA compliant and fire services approved fire water systems for buildings of all sizes ranging from small to very large. Our fire water systems have the option of being supplied with either UL/FM certified electric or diesel fire water pumps with jockey pumps or non-UL/FM in-house assembled electric fire pump packages with pressure tanks. Our UL/FM fire pumping systems are supplied complete with alarm panels, relief valves, flow meters, waste cones, test headers and diesel storage tanks in the case of diesel fire pumps.

Our fire water systems incorporate a full breadth of components including but not limited to external underground fire water mains, fire hydrants, fire department connections, alarm check valves, wet and dry fire sprinkler risers, landing valves, pendent and upright sprinklers and hose reel cabinets. Fire alarm systems are available which complement our fire water systems by allowing early detection of fires and other fire-related emergencies. Features include a main fire alarm control panel, fire alarm user interface, remote annunciators, smoke, heat and flame detectors, pull stations, horn and strobes, fire phones as well as modules for communication with fire sprinkler water flow switches, elevators, fire dampers and exhaust fans.

Our fire protection expertise also encompasses fire suppression systems with foam systems for zones with highly flammable liquids and clean agent systems for protection of sensitive areas such as server and electrical rooms. In addition to intricate fire protection systems, we also offer a complete range of wall and floor mounted fire extinguishers including water, water mist, carbon dioxide, dry chemical, clean agent and larger wheeled extinguishers for preliminary elimination of small fires thus reducing escalation to more serious incidents.
