Wastewater Treatment Systems

WTL Engineered Solutions provides a wide range of wastewater treatment plants for various industry types such as Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and the Manufacturing sectors. All our plants are approved by the Water & Sewerage Authority (WASA) and the Environmental Authority (EMA). We offer an extensive range of plant sizes including standalone aerobic treatment units for small projects, buried fibreglass single tank/multi-tank schemes for medium projects and above ground steel, fibreglass and containerized/semi-containerized plant options for medium-large projects.

Our plants are excellent options for the treatment of domestic wastewater and also the challenging high contaminant streams from the food manufacturing sector. Plants for the food manufacturing sector can either be semi-containerized with treatment using fiberglass tanks and specialty equipment in containers or high end fully containerized plants in situations where site footprint is limited. Common features include inlets screens, solid waste compactors, homogenization tanks, dissolved air floatation, grease interceptors, air blowers, clarifiers, sludge dewatering and ultraviolet disinfection.

We also offer packaged or field installed influent and effluent lift stations to cater for elevation differences to and from our line of wastewater treatment plants. Lift stations are supplied complete with either submersible non-clog pumps, surface mounted self-primer pumps or grinder pumps and guide rail packages, inlet screens, access covers, float switches, control panels and all associated discharge piping, valves and fittings.
